1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, gaming platform, and all services provided by koitoto ("Platform"). 2 Membership Eligibility

3 Account Registration and KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. The information provided must be your own — registering with a false name, false details, or another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory for all members before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit the following documents:

• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Koitoto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Self-exclusion requests from the member themselves

9 Liability Limit

In all circumstances, the maximum total liability of Koitoto to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
